ORIGIN: Ancient Greece
GODDESS OF: The Moon
Selene is said to be the personification of the moon. According to some mythologists, Selene’s job is to take to the skies on her pegasus-drawn silver chariot to light up the sky with the radiance of the moon each night.
She is associated with the feminine cycle, intuition and dreamwork. She teaches us to unlock the divine feminine and see the light in the dark.
